This is a specialised form of massage to relieve pain. This technique manipulates the soft tissues (muscles, tendons and connective tissue), treating stiffness, trapped nerves and muscle spasms, and allowing the body to return to its correct position. Joint stiffness can also be addressed to release and restore movement.
